FDM Group interview questions

It was in 3 stages. There was an initial screening interview which was a call, the questions were strength-based. Then if successful you are then invited to complete online assessments. Then after passing you then have to do the final Interviews which are strength based. It was 3 Interviews in total

My FDM recruitment was a very streamlined process. Although there were multiple steps to go through, including an extensive assessment day interview, there was nothing unexpected thanks to my extremely helpful recruiter.
