FDM Group interview questions

Quick and easy process. Initial phone interview is there just to check you can talk about technical abilities etc. The assessment day includes 3 tests of about 45mins including computer aptitude (e.g. acronym knowledge, sums, verbal reasoning), Set/Venn diagram test (instructions included) and maths (no algebra, just long multiplication/division). Verbal interview consisted of 3 five minute interviews- no technical questions, only buzzword knowledge required. I spoke to some employees currently enrolled in the program who improved my outlook on the FTM model. Even though its not ideal to be locked in for 28 months, it does provide a solid career starting point.

CV submission Telephone interview - pretty basic; what did you choose particular degree, what do you know about FDM, why test analyst etc Assessment day - was completely changed at the Manchester office; 3 tests and 3 5-minute interviews Tests were; aptitude test, maths test on venn diagrams and sets and maths test on long division and long multiplication and powers etc Interviews were based on different things; one interviewer talked about your CV and degree and your interests etc, one interviewer asked situational questions i.e. give a time where you worked under pressure and how you dealt with it etc, and another interviewer asked questions about interest in FDM and what particularly interested me, and what i thought my biggest achievement in IT was, he also asked an unexpected question; How would you define success?
