Question 1
An example of a time where you showed initiative through business or I.T?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group
Interview
There is a two stage process to joining the academy. You first do a phone interview then if successful with that, you will be asked to attend an assessment day.
The phone interview is very basic just asking you what you studied in college and where you see yourself going in a few years.
The assessment day consists of three test's and 2-3 interviews. The tests include a general maths test, Venn diagram test and an aptitude test. The interviews are short and not very technical, you will be asked what you would do in certain work situations and how you get along with fellow workers in different situations.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult or unexpected in any part of the interview process
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre) in Oct 2014
Interview
First 30mins long presentation about the presentation (nothing that can't be found on the graduate leaflet that they have on their website to download). Then a Venn diagram test for 60mins (GCSE level, nothing to worry about). After the test they held a set of three 5mins long interviews with different managers. Around 1pm they released us for lunch. We were supposed to come back for 2pm for maths test (30 mins long, as easy as it gets really unless calculating squares of single digit numbers scare you). Then an hour long "aptitude test" which consisted of questions about IT abbreviations such as HTTP, SQL and other IT and business notions together with logical questions you would normally encounter. After that we were released. There were enough time for every test for everyone in the group.
