I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre) in Mar 2015
Interview
Really quick and fast. Was on the phone for 10 minutes! The lady was friendly and didn't make you feel nervous. I did do some prep beforehand so I had my notes with me which really helped! So make notes if you have time! Especially on the IT industry if you don't know much about it like me!

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at FDM Group
Interview
The interview was nice and smooth, the interviewer is patience and will explain the company structure before asking you questions. The interview took about 20 min, and the interview result came out on the same day as the interview. It was a pleasant phone call interview overall.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre) in Dec 2014
Interview
Friendly environment. A short presentation, everyone had to introduce themselves (name, degree, something exciting about them). The day consisted of interviews with 2-3 interviewers (mainly competency based - what would you do on your day off/why did you chose the degree you did etc. and technical based - challenges technology faces & what solutions can you offer to it). There were three tests: A VERY simple maths test (Which is one of many reasons that put me off accepting the offer (addition/subtraction/multiplication/pythagors theorem/fractions/decimals/division). A technical test (I have no coding/it knowledge whatsoever but according to my recruiter I did very well in this- did no preparation for it apart from researching basic techno. definitions eg.sql/html...). Final test was a venn diagram test, do look at more complicated videos than the one they send you to prepare for the final Q. (I think it was: there are 120 ID cards at a school. Those whose ID numbers are a multiple of two study maths, those whose ID numbers are a multiple of five study physics, those whose ID numbers are a multiple of 7 study physics. i think they ask you to find how many study each/all/both etc.)
The day is long (a lot of waiting until it is your turn) and they don't offer lunch. Nice office, nice view. But didn't get that corporate vibe.
