I applied online and received a telephone interview. The telephone interview was very straightforward and the interviewer was very nice. After passing that I was invited to the assessment centre, which was composed of a 30mins interview with a recruitment manager in Hong Kong and 3 tests. Both the interview and the tests are very easy.

Interview
My process was divided in 3 main step:
2 Telephone Interview.
An assesment day in the central office at London.
The 2 telephone interview were quite easy, i just followed the question founded on glassdoor.
The assessment day was a bit challenging, not for the overall difficulty of the question but more for the given time to resolve them. The math test is totally based on mental calcolation as 12546742523*213455, and so on.. That's why it's need more time than expected.
During the assessment day you have to do also 3 interview with 3 different manager(HR, Project Management, Technical), the interviewer were soo friendly and the questions easy to answer.
First, phone interview/face-to-face interview with HR (about 15 minutes). After pass the first interview, move on to 3 Assessments such as math test, set/venn diagrams and IT logical questions and lastly, 30 minutes face-to-face interview.
