Interview
Multiple stage interview process. Starts with a call from a recruiter asking about your interests, resume, etc. (basic stuff). Then completed an online aptitude test. If you pass this you set up a "technical" interview where they ask you some basic questions about your technical experience/work experience/school experience as well as a couple fundamental programming/logic questions. From there the final step is to speak to a manger who asks some personal questions to learn more about you as a person.
If you receive an offer there is a con-call where a rep goes through the contract details and you can ask questions.

Interview
The first interview is a video interview where you get to record yourself answering the pre-recorded questions. Be sure to have good internet access and seek help if needed. One of my answers was not recorded during the interview, due to network problems. Luckily I sent an email to the help desk and was given another opportunity to answer just that question.

Interview
Not very good use of time since the on-site interview was 9-3 and most of the time you're just sitting around doing pretty much nothing. Phone interview was more of an giving information about on-site interview and about their company. Wouldn't recommend this company if you have enough experience to get a job at other companies. For 37K job, the time you spend is not worth it.
