firstly you had to submit CV and cover letter, then video interview in which they showed you questions initially and then gave you 90 seconds to prepare an answer, there were 6 questions in total. Then finally an assessment centre with which you had to do 3 tests which lasted 30 minutes to and hour.

Initial interview by phone followed by one-day assessment center comprised of technical and general competency tests, and three short interviews with panels of one or two interviewers. What was very frustrating was that although I was informed that I had "almost" achieved a high enough score to be accepted, I could not get any detailed follow up to help me to prepare if I wanted to reapply.
