I had a referral by an employee from FDM and shortly after I was notified by an email that there will be a phone interview. After the interview, an email was sent to me that I was accepted and that I will have to send in further details to board in.

Interview
This interview process was fast, consisting of a phone interview, a written test and 1-1 interview. After my phone interview, i received a respond 4 days later and was scheduled for the written(technical) test the following week. The written test was immediately followed by a 1-1 interview by their HR personnel. I got the offer around a week later.
