FDM Group interview questions

Phone call to ask basic questions of availability. Video interview, 30 seconds to think of an answer and a minute to answer. 4 questions (introduce yourself, why are you passionate about IT, examples of when you were flexible, cant remember the last one.) Assessment day. Venn diagram exam was really easy, maths exam was also easy, the IT aptitude exam was difficult as I do not have a background in IT but you can make the pass mark overall by doing well in the maths and the Venn diagram exams. Interviews at the assessment day. 2 interviews, one about IT competency and another personal one about your skills etc.

First had a telephonic interview with very general questions. Next stage was video interview where had to answer each question within a minute which is bit challenging. There is a small practice question which can be tried various number of times. The complex part was to set up the interview as it does not work on chrome and had to change settings to make it work
