Interview
I applied online and was called the day after. The lady was nice, she tried to gather information about me and schedule a phone interview for tomorrow.
I made my researches and was very disappointed by the low salary, added to the fact that you have to commit with them for two years after they train you and find you a position. During the phone interview I confronted her with that. She told me the real numbers : 40k$ the first year, 45k$ The second year and the training is paid $12 per hour. This is still very low compared to the market but since they train you for free, I understand that some people would except the offer. For me, I am sure I can find better I am not that desperate.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group in Aug 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter shortly after putting my CV online. Very friendly, informal chat which they counted as a phone interview and put me through to the next stage. Next stage of the application process was a video interview made up of four automated questions, where you have 30 secs after the question is asked to prepare your answer, and then one minute to give it. I did not get through to the next stage.

Interview
I applied via their website. I was contacted a number of weeks later by a member of their HR team, who asked me a number of routine questions. I then recorded a set of answers to set questions. The final stem was a set of interviews and tests. These were a little challenging, but if you take the advice of the HR person and prepare, you should be fine.
