In summary it was pretty easy.
The day was split-up into different parts. There was the initial session where we all had to watch a video about FDM and learn more about the company.
Then there was the IQ test, and the three interviews.
Pre-set questions about the company, why IT, where you think it's going etc.
Really warm interviewers throughout the day. You have three separate interviews, all of them were really kind, encouraging and didn't throw any curve ball questions.

It only took 1 day to get a phone interview after I applied. They asked me about my resume in 5 mins and gave me an onsite interview. Then, I went through the assesment day next week. Two easy interviews. About 5 mins each. Three easy tests. 20 mins math test on high school stuff. Other two 50 mins test on logic, such as venn diagram. The key thing that I really didn't wanna do well in this interview is that it's a 2 year contract and the salary is super low. 40k for the first year and 45K for the second. 30k penalty for breaking the contract. Starts with a phone interview screening. If successful, a video interview occurs, then the assessment day.
The recruiters are very friendly, the office that they are based is nice too. Good location overseeing the river thames. The office space is large and has a good atmosphere.
You conduct a telephone screening process, a video interview and then providing you pass those stages, you are invited to the assessment day.
