I applied online. I interviewed at FDM Group in Jan 2017
Interview
It was fairly simple, they asked about my experience with java as well as what I knew about sql because I had it on my resume. I was asked to complete the second round of interviews but I don't know if I will aceept because it requires 16 weeks of training in New York for 12 dollars an hour and then a 2 year commitment to the company for 49k per year.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at FDM Group (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
Overall, it was a good process. 4 or 5 phone/skype interviews that were enjoyable. There was a mini essay, and online analytical test that was pretty easy. As long as you are able to think somewhat critically, you should be fine. Interviewers were nice and easy to talk to. Just know your resume!

Question 1
If you mention Java on your resume, they will ask you a question or two about it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Leeds, England)
Interview
After going through initial filters like a video, there is an assesment centre. First, there was a group "interview". It is not actually a interview. They explain how the company works (although it is not very clear) and the negative aspects such as being willing to be relocated and the possibility of being unemployed and unpaid for long time! During this speech which I found unnecessarily long, there is a staff member who is evaluating your behaviour. After that, there are two or three test: numerical, verbal, etc. And finally, three short personal interviews of less than 4 min. These interviews are with three different staff member. They ask about IT, the company and your background. Although you cannot see that, they give you red, orange or green. If you get three green you will receive an offer. If you get orange they will check your tests. If you get red, nothing.
