The interview process is quite straightforward and they let you repeat if you failed the aptitude test. But I heard that they will make it stricter now. Great start for graduates who are willing to go towards an I.T industry. Negotiable pay rise after 2 years. Video interview which is more about you than the company or technical details. Assessment day 3 short interviews followed by a maths test, aptitude test and set notation test.

Everything starts out easy, a 15 minute phone call and then a critical thinking/psudeo code test. However, there is a written exam that IS VERY BIASED and is something only PEOPLE FROM INDIA would know. "Write 2 paragraphs about NGOs in India". I had no idea what to write because I know literally nothing about what goes on in India. It doesn't even have anything to do with the job. It's a biased hiring practice. So do not even bother with this company unless you're native to India.
