FDM Group interview questions

First telephone interview about 20 minutes. Questions about previous expirience. Office interview about 20 minutes. Very positive interview board. Basic questions about system analysis and behavioural questions. Have got an invetation to the next stage - whole day office test and interviews. Basic tests for technologies and numeracy.

Video interview which was asking about knowledge on company, why you want to work for them etc. Then an assessment centre where i had strength based questions so they'd focus on a particular strength and ask in a certain situation what you would. It's good to incorporate past experiences into your answer as support. Also had to do a maths test, venn diagram test and a multiple choice test on general IT knowledge and verbal reasoning type questions.
