FDM Group interview questions

Prior to the interviews, the staff put you through a series of tests assessing your abilities in mathematics, among others. There are three back to back interviews (which is quite daunting at first) which were broken down into assessing your experience, competencies and miscellaneous aspects about yourself. Much of what they want to hear revolves around their company culture and how you identify with it. Once they're over, you can leave. If they like you, they contact you before the weekend starts (haven't experienced being rejected by them).

It was about 4 stages and the video interview require just about 4 questions in all. Based on FDM as a company and majorly the stuffs in your CV. the first stage is review CV, then a telephone call which was very easy. then after one day I got an invite for the video interview. the final stage is the assessment center in Leeds. All in all just know about what FDM stands for, why you choose to work for FDM. The training is free an you have to commit to 2 years.
