First, a telephone screening - this was essentially just to check you meet the criteria. Then a video interview which once you start gives you a minute to read the question and 2 minutes to give your answer before proceeding onto the next question out of 5 automatically. Finally, the assessment centre, this included a set notation test, IT aptitude test, maths test, and 3 10 minute interviews. pleasant experience all in all, everyone was very friendly.

Interview
The first call I received was a phone screening where someone called me to tell me about the role, whether I am committed to move to an APAC country and telling me about the training process. You will not get paid paid if you are applying for the APAC programme in London, so you have to pay for your own travel expenses.
The telephone interview was pretty straight forward, where I was asked questions about the company and the job role I was applying for.
