FDM Group interview questions

Initial phone interview, then video interview and assessment day after that. I had completed both phone and video interview and read some bad reviews of the company and decided not to proceed further with the application. They were accepting of me even though my video interview did not go very smoothly and it raised some red flags.

Telephone interview - standard questions on getting to know you Video Interview - strength based questions, 5 questions, 1.30min answer time Assessment day - 4 tests: maths test, venn diagram test, IT aptitude test, verbal reasoning. Basic tests, the maths one is the most important, failing this means failing the centre - 50% pass mark. Basic GCSE maths questions, long division, multiplication, fractions, one question on Pythagoras and simultaneous equations
