FDM Group interview questions

Interview was ok, however the working assessments they had me do, via Arctic Shores, were ridiculous. Just various minigames testing my reflexes, arithmetic, pattern recognition, etc. It was quite fun to do to be honest, but not relevant whatsoever for the job.

I went through four rounds of interviews at fdm. The first was with HR. My HR was very helpful and provided me with a lot of advice and guidance. After the HR interview, there was an online test that involved coding. If I scored well enough on the online test, I would proceed to the in-person interview. There were two rounds of interviews. The first was a behavioral interview focused on understanding my values ​​and the company's alignment. The second was a technical interview focused on my data processing and logic skills.
