FDM Group interview questions

The procedure was smooth and interviewer asked questions on why I was interested in the tech industry and certain experiences I had. The interviewer was friendly and that made me comfortable in answering the questions as well

Three stages after application: 1. Phone interview with recruiter - they want to make sure you understand the company and want to know a little about you and your interest in the job. 2. Online assessment - This consists of two parts a technical assessment, mine was 20 questions and 45 minutes to complete. Basic OOP, SQL, problem solving, and Unix. The second portion consists of 5 video recorded questions that are strength based. They are looking for you to not only give an answer but provide a personalized example of an experience related to the question. 3. Assessment day- either virtually (which I had) or in person. They give you a presentation and then you complete another technical assessment and behavioral assessment. However if you do well enough on the online assessment you only have to do the behavioral.
