Applied online, a recruiter tried to call me a few days after. Missed the call, got an email from him saying he wasn't able to contact and asking for availability. Replied immediately, didn't respond after two weeks.
Met with another HR during career fair, dude said he will contact the recruiter for me. I emailed him right after the event, never responded. Then tried to send a followup email to the first recruiter, never responded either.
Extremely unprofessional HR team, maybe consider just spending 30 seconds to reply an email? Avoid this company.

I applied for the position in hope of changing my career direction. I would say that there is always a posibility with FDM group. I applied for one of the position with FDM group , after few days I got call from Recruitment Consultant. He asked me few general questions related to my status in canada, my avaialability for 15 minutes of interview with him, etc. then I got call from same person as an official 15 minutes interview where he asked my about my knowledge related to Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc. , why I want to wrok with FDM, Why this position etc.Afterwards I got an eemail for my Business Pathway Assessment Test. I cleared the assesment and then I gave two more Video Interviews with Recruitment Manager. First was Behavioural Interview and another was more related to finance and compliance. After all these processes I got chance to attend FDM group HR session, where HR gave all information related to pay, benifits and training. Once it is done, I got an offer letter.

Questions related to risk rgulations amd compliance, AML, financial risk management, AML with best practices, Excel, SQL, etc.
It was a really flexible process. Telephonic interview, Assessment test, Behavior interview, and Technical Interview. The Recruiter was so nice to the candidate and had such a nice nature with a positive attitude.
