Interview
It started off with a phone interview, then a two-part interview with a technical assessment and video behavioral questions, then another two-part technical and behavioral interview over Zoom. My recruiter was nice and the first two stages were no issues. When it came to the last technical interview, they ask and expect you to know programming information that they’re supposed to be TEACHING you. I’m someone with a programming degree and had trouble with the questions, so it’s very not welcoming for someone trying to branch over from a completely different field.
