Got an initial phone screening interview and was asked: -What led you to apply for this role? I talked about how my interest in software development started with uni and work experience -Why this role and why do you want to specifically want to work for FDM Do your research to find a specific program they run or value they hold that you can talk about -What kind on projects are you interested in? -What technology troubles you? -What position do you see yourself in in 5 years? Phone interview was very positive and then was sent an link to do the prerecorded video interview and I had 5 days to complete the interview. The video interview was 5 questions. From the moment the question came up you could watch a video of someone asking you the question or just read it underneath and there is a 45 second count down until it automatically starts recording. you can record earlier if you want. There is then a 90 seconds to answer the question. I was asked: - Tell me about a hobby of yours? - How do you encounter new situations? - How do you approach a deadline? - Why do you want to work in technology? Got a response from the recruiter just over a week later being rejected. I honestly wasn't surprised because I rushed my responses because I was so worried about going over the 90 seconds.

Overall process is pretty standard, they have screening through calls, then online interview with the HR and some technical questions. Then a final interview with the manager. Everything is done online but I also heard that in some cases the final interview could be in person.
Brief phone interview, then a self recorded video interview, followed by a set of online aptitude tests (numerical reasoning, abstract reasoning) and finally and in person interview which includes an introduction and then a zoom call interview.
