First, it was phone interview followed by online test then Assessment day interview. Given a 5 minutes presentation to write on my recommendation if a Bank can implement online banking. Lastly, Questions were asked based on the presentation.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.

Fair process, though very procedural and felt quite cookie cutter. Wasn't anything out of the ordinary though also nothing tailored to your own application either. Would recommend researching company and role.
