Interview
First met them at a careers fair, and was encouraged to submit an application via email, so I did.
They then emailed me back giving me a telephone interview. This interview lasted 15 mins, and went over personal details, and then some questions about why i wanted to join FDM.
I then got invited to an assessment day. This consisted of a mathematical test, a logic test, an IT knowledge test, and three interviews with senior consultants.
I received an email the next day offering me the job.

Question 1
Would you be willing to compromise the quality of your work if you had time pressures?
It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.
The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.

An example of one was "Tell me a time when you had to work to a deadline"
Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
