Was a relatively straightforward process that consisted of five steps: 1) Initial phone screen by a recruiter. General questions about resume and background were asked. 2) Video interview in which you have a minute to record your response to a question. Questions were strength-based/behavioral in nature. 3) Two online assessments- one writing, one math/code based. The math/code assessment was fairly easy as long as you have some knowledge of coding. I don't know if the writing prompt stays the same each time but the prompt I had was "Write a couple of paragraphs about online banking." 4) Short technical interview in which they ask you basic questions related to your technical skills. 5) Short Skype interview with mostly behavioral questions.

Phone interview followed by psychometric test + prerecorded interview. If successful then continue to Assessment Center where you interview with 3 more people. This takes around 1 hour and have an interview for technical skills, business skills and people skills.
