Straight forward interviews, interviewers are nice and easy going and responsive. Not much to prepare about before the interview, but they required me to do some online preparation for the group discussion on the spot
The interview was a structured, competency-based interview conducted by two interviewers. They took turns asking me a series of behavioral and technical questions. For each behavioral question, they encouraged me to use the STAR method—outlining the Situation, Task, Action, and Result—to give clear, structured examples from my past experiences. This format allowed me to demonstrate my skills, problem-solving approach, and how I’ve handled real-life challenges relevant to the IT Operations role.
The FDM group is currently using HackerRank assessments and technical interviews through Zoom. They also use Arctic Shores for a personality test. However, the personality test is probably the most crucial aspect.
