I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Écosse) in Jul 2016
Interview
I had a video interview instead of a phone interview (you have to respond 4 questions, and are given a minute for each answer). The questions have all been mentioned before (Tell us about yourself; where does your passion for IT come from, etc). The Assessment centre was very easy, a GCSE level maths test + some very basic IT and logical questions, then a three short interviews (all questions are taken from the brochure they provide, just make sure you remember what their values and strengths are), and a final Venn diagram test.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Écosse) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online, had a telephone call from a recruiter who gave details of a video interview via webcam, the questions were pre-recorded and I had 45-60 seconds to answer each one after 30 seconds thinking time.
Got invited to the companies address in Glasgow, there was 3 'exams' (pretty easy stuff on maths, competency about IT and venn diagrams). Also 3 interviews (only ~5 mins each) asking about me, my degree and the company.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FDM Group (Hong Kong) in Sep 2016
Interview
Telephone interview lasted less than 20 minutes. Interviewer called about an hour before scheduled time due to time conflict. There weren't many follow up or spontaneous questions, most questions sounded planned belonged to one of several sections. The general logic structure was to learn the candidate's background, interest in the program, research of the program, knowledge in finance/IT, 'career aspirations' and communication skills.
