You can search online for the nearest express employment agency and then come in during the open hours to fill out an application. The manager talk to you, assess your skills, abilities and knowledge level. The manager will then contact you when assignments are available.

I believe it was one initial interview, the hire-on process was rather simple. It's almost always busy in there so expect to fill out your application in a lobby area with other applicants. After filling out an application you are meet with one of the advisers for your specific area of interest and are placed with a company based on your experience. Drug and aptitude tests (if required) are given during the initial interviewing process. There might have been a background check, as well. I'm not positive on that.
