It had 3 rounds - online test + technical round + HR round.
Online test consists of aptitude and reasoning.
In technical round they asked me more about. Networking , IP , protocols , Operating systems
HR round was easy. They asked all the basic questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ericsson (Mumbai) in May 2015

Aptitude followed by Hr round,but they called thrice in 2 months to give offer letter.very poor HR management.also still getting call for the same post after getting hired.they got no proper update details of cndidate

For group discussion 20 minutes were given and 2 minutes for preparation.
Don't Look at the judges while speaking , few in our batch were filtered because of this reason only.

15 on quantitative , 15 on logical, 15 on verbal
45 minutes to solve all these questions
1 passage and 3 synonyms in verbal, data sufficiency, syllogisms, coding and decoding. Arrangements , alphabetical order.
