Overall very good evaluation. The recruiters were very friendly and during the recruiting process, they gave me suggestions as to how I must grow in the company. The initial tests were normal aptitude, then Group Discussion and then Technical Interview, HR.The recruiters paid more attention to whether the candidate had good communication and common sense rather than just skills. They judged and filtered off those with good academic record but with no practical knowledge.

Hired through elitmus. Called based on interview eclitmus percentile. Then a round of MCQ for aptitude and basic telecom knowledge. Then technical interview for 45 mins on telecom. Then HR interview.
