Epicor Software interview questions

The internal recruiter setup a phone call. During the interview he asked me to explain my background, and what relevant experience I had toward the position I was applying for.

The interview process had 3 Rounds, 1st one was Technical in this communication and Technical knowledge was tested. 2nd round was the managerial round, This went through fine as well, no technical question was asked. 3rd and final round was the senior Director round, again this round was a non-technical round. Similar repeated questions were asked in this round as well. such as tell me about yourself, your experience, etc. The senior director Hari was rude to talk to and looked like was not interested at all from the beginning of the interview and it looked like he was trying to prove himself right while conversing. I had to wait for 5 days before I got an update that my application was on hold while they were mass hiring for the same position. I was very disappointed.
