Interview
The entire interview process took 1 day. I found one position open for QA Engineer on Epicor Job Portal (jobs.epicor.com). As I knew the mail ID of the HR (Earlier had sent the job offer via naukri), I forwarded the resume to the HR. The next half an hour I the HR scheduled the interview on the next day.
It was a very smooth process.

2nd Round was Development Manager Round: One Single Automation Framework for Desktop, Web and Mobile based Application, Continuous Integration
3rd Round was again Development Manager Round
4th Round was HR Discussion: General, Where do you stay, Expected CTC, Notice Period

Interview
HR Screening and then technical interview with the members of the team that seeks to fill the position. HR tests briefly applicant's English language. The process usually happens in one day, so it may take up to 2 - 3 hours.
