Epic interview questions

Expect multiple rounds of interviews involving typical interviews with recruiters, as well as taking a logic and coding test (even if you won’t be coding, you’ll still do some basic stuff on the test for it), and will also need to do a persuasive or informative presentation.

I was honestly very lowkey. Don't stress about it. I would make sure to ask questions, be engaged during your group interview. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of visibility into team placement. During both the final interview process and conversations with current employees, I consistently heard that experiences at Epic can vary greatly depending on the team and product area. Despite asking multiple times, I was never able to get clarity on where I might be placed or who I would potentially work with. While Epic clearly felt I was a strong fit for the company, I did not feel I was given enough information to determine whether the role would be the right fit for me. I also would have appreciated the opportunity to speak directly with someone on a prospective team to better understand the working dynamic and day-to-day expectations.
