I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Zoomvliet) in Apr 2025
Interview
Process begins with an exam including logic, math, and reading comprehension questions and a personality test. Then, there's a role introduction. The final stage was a 3+ hour Zoom call with a conversation with a current employee, introduction to the company, case study, presentation, and interview with a hiring manager. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, but it's a lot of time to invest an interview process if you are ultimately rejected with no feedback.
There was a series of exams, and then a three hour long zoom with various types of interviews. There were also informational interviews during this time, where I met various people in the roles and got to hear from them.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic in Jun 2026
Interview
Had approximately three hours, involving first a walkthrough of one of their applications, then an explanation of the role by a quality manager, then a "case study" which was really just scenario questions mostly, and finally talking with a recruiter who talked mostly through logistics with a couple of more behaviorial and strange questions.
There were multiple steps to the interview, including an assessment of a website and a test to see how you respond to stressful situations and manage your time. During the actual interview part, they focused on asking about your strengths and weaknesses.
