The interview process was efficient and had clear expectations. It started with a phone interview and assessments, and then went into a final interview. The phone interview felt mostly logistical. Assessments were similar to standardized tests. The final interview was extremely helpful: the first half is mainly informative, helping to better understand the company/role, and the second half felt like a good assessment of my skills. The actual interview itself felt like a conversation, and I ultimately felt like I got a lot of value out of the experience.
