I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Stoke-on-Trent, England)
Interview
went great, very friendly people. be sure to have questions ready for the interviewer themselves. phone calls are pretty laid back but the final interview is pretty serious. just remember to be honest and be yourself.
There was a series of exams, and then a three hour long zoom with various types of interviews. There were also informational interviews during this time, where I met various people in the roles and got to hear from them.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic in Jun 2026
Interview
Had approximately three hours, involving first a walkthrough of one of their applications, then an explanation of the role by a quality manager, then a "case study" which was really just scenario questions mostly, and finally talking with a recruiter who talked mostly through logistics with a couple of more behaviorial and strange questions.
There were multiple steps to the interview, including an assessment of a website and a test to see how you respond to stressful situations and manage your time. During the actual interview part, they focused on asking about your strengths and weaknesses.
