I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Dec 2024
Interview
First contact was through a virtual interview with someone from the HR department. Asked standard interview questions and they provided a brief overview. Second contact was an invite to a local rental office to meet the team and see the environment with the management. Third interview is with local and regional management. Quite a lengthy process for an entry-level position. They justify it as all their staff start in the same position then work their way up to available opportunities.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
