I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The job title should be changed to Sales Associate because that is basically what the position will be. After applying online I received a call about one week later for an interview. The questions during the interview were related to sales; such as how much sales experience do I have, do I feel comfortable selling upgrades and coverages to customers, How will I handle an irate customer who is complaining about mileage or gas charges, explain an experience I may have had with selling to a unhappy customer. No where on my application did I say I had any sales experience. My experience is as a buyer. Also, the description of the job I applied for did not state selling experience required or needed.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
