I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Albany, NY) in Apr 2009
Interview
Very lengthy. Applied prior to graduation; had a phone interview and FOUR in person interviews, between recruiters, local manager, district manager, all at different locations. This was over about 4 months.
Seems most of the people who worked there started in this role, they all brought it up at some point.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Would you break a rule or policy if it meant keeping a customer you were going to lose?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
