Interview
3 interview process. First phone interview which took about 15 min, asked basic questions. Second, one on one interview, very laid back asked more informational questions. Third, field interview with Regional and Branch Managers. Asked more behavior and situational questions.

Your manager gave you an assignment to do but do not give you enough resources. How do you handle it?
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
