The initial interview was a phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes. It was pretty straight-forward and was geared more towards finding out your personality and leadership skills. At the end of the call, she immediately told me she was interested in meeting me for the next round, which was a 1-1 interview the next week. The 1-1 was pretty much the same as the initial interview except face to face of course. It lasted about 20-25 minutes and she went more into depth about my experiences and responses illustrating my personality. The last round was with 2 manages (regional and branch manage I believe). They were very open and seem a little casual for the interview. They asked A LOT of questions and scenerios, Overall I think I did well except for some minor problems I had with my printer that day which led to my resume being printed out a litttle ackward, which I feel might have affected the outcome. Didn't received a decision several weeks later (3-4 weeks) which, for me, was pretty long - actually too long.
