I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Wilmington, NC) in May 2026
Interview
3 Step interview process. Meeting with the local recruitment director first to just get your foot in the door and then the second being at the actual branch to get a feel for the day to day operations of the place you are hoping to work. The third step is the meeting with an executive that takes the cake in terms of whether or not you actually get the position.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
