Ecolab Intern interview questions

I did my internship as an international student, so my interview process was likely not the normal hiring process for Ecolab. After reviewing my resume, a manager reached out for a Skype interview. The interview lasted about half an hour, and I was hired as an intern the following day.

Applied through school portal and received call from HR in 2 weeks for an interview. HR will first do a preliminary interview regarding your skills and interests as a prelude to the actual interview with the hiring managers, followed by a closing and feedback after the interview with hiring managers. Interview with hiring managers was typical, first they introduced the job scope required before asking you questions about your technical skills and soft skills and future career objective. No offer because I think I lacked the technical skills that they required.
