The recruitment process was unprofessional and disorganized. It consisted of a 90-minute interview that felt more like a strategic "brain-picking" session than a candidate assessment. The Hiring Manager displayed a concerning lack of professional etiquette, venting about internal team turnover and emotional frustrations during a formal interview. Furthermore, there was a major discrepancy regarding the technical stack; while the JD listed SAP/Oracle, the manager admitted they use Salesforce. After demanding nearly two hours of my time as a senior professional, the company completely ghosted me with zero feedback. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a global organization.
