I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Calgary, AB) in May 2016

Interview

Old style interview, nothing different from traditional interviews. Panel with HR people as well as managers and behavioral questions mostly. Technical questions were quite limited and saved for the second round. Happened on time but seems they were not 100% ready for the interview on their side.

Applied online through Monster. First step was a phone screen with HR. 1-2 weeks later was a more detailed phone interview. Then a panel interview in person with 4 or 5 people and 1-2 on the phone. All day process.

Very good, fast, one interview by phone other with the owner of position and done... All questions were very ethical, they really didn't want competitor information, they want know me. Other good point, they support my traveling cost to make the presencial interview.
