Category: Placement and Internship Experiences Parent Forum: None, Forum Name: Placements 2018-19 Topic: Eaton Created: Dec. 24, 2018, 1:20 p.m. The selection process normally had 3 rounds.In my case it was of 4 rounds.All were elimination rounds. 1.Resume shortlisting(Depends on requirements of company) 2.Technical Interview(Mainly focused on M.tech & B.tech projects) 3.Telephonic Interview (Only I was directed to this interview after technical & was asked deeply into my m.tech project which was on reliability domain) 4.HR interview(Questions like tell me about yourself,family background,your values in life,where you see urself after 5 years,why not opting for higher studies,whether any problem in pune location etc which can be prepared beforehand) Prepare urself as per job profile for a company!!
