Eaton Engineer interview questions

The recruiter phone screen was scheduled promptly after applying online. Then the manager took 5 weeks to schedule a phone screen. Little to no communication during this time despite reaching out. It was finally scheduled a few days before the interview with the manager's suggested availability. The manager doesn't show with no explanation given and sends a "new to the company" person to conduct the interview. Automated rejection email a few days later.

Indepth yet casual and easy going. Ideal interview process, office talk and shopfloor tour. Super comfortable and friendly. Simple yes no questions alongside some questions on my views on possible situations.
