Eaton Engineer interview questions

I did not have any interview. My company called me and said that I have an offer from the Eaton. It was surprise to hear this on Friday evening!

Worst interview process ever.Their team came 2 hours late for the process,then they didn't even tell anything about the job profile,directly called for the interview and out of 120 students selected none and within 2 minutes they were finishing each persons interview I would really like to know how can they have such a great insight to select a person within 2 minutes(LOL).Please don't waste your time appearing for this company.
