Competitive Internship, interview based on personality traits. English is very highly regarded, as well as a can do attitude and a willingness to work. One to two interviews, one with HR and one with the future manager or supervisor. Then a short training period afterwards.

excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
