Interview
The process was smooth and the hr very responsive in the London office. It involved 4 steps: a first call with the HR, two technical competency based interviews with Directors, one final call with a partner. After each interview they will call you and give a feedback, so that you can prepare yourself.
Interviews are not easy, as they will go deep into your knowledge. The partner call was more conversational than an interview. Overall, all of them were friendly and the process went smooth.

I have applied online. After 1.5 months I got an interview with a Manager and a Senior Manager. A Senior Manager asked some very detailed questions about my previous client, clearly trying to assess if there is any connection with their current pipeline. After estimating none, she lost interest and dropped off the call.

Interview
First stage with HR, Second and third stages with a Senior Manager each, and a final stage with a Partner. The interview, for the most part, centers around your current role and how it fits the role being applied for.
